2024 Season Prices

To make your booking we require details of your booking request and full pre-payment.

We will reply by email, confirm the total amount due and provide payment details.

We do require full pre-payment at the time of booking. We accept bank transfers (BACS) or card payment (which we can email you a link to pay). Bank transfers are preferred.

Group Booking

If you want to book more than one pitch for a period of time – one person will need to make a single payment for the group booking in order to reserve them.

One member of the group must take on the booking responsibility and email us with details of the group for each pitch.

Provide your booking details for each pitch

We will reply by email, confirm the total amount due and provide payment details.

Once your booking is paid for & confirmed you will need to send the confirmation email with pitch numbers & information to all members of the group.

2024 Pitch Prices: (per night)

– £6 per tent
– £6 per caravan
– £12 per car
– £18 per campervan
– £6 per person (any age)
– £6 per electric hook up
– £3 per gazebo/shelter
– Pets are free (must be on a secure while on the site)

For example:
– £30 for a pitch with 2 people + car & tent / caravan or 2 people + campervan without electric hook up

– Mid-Week (Sun-Thurs) Special Offer 50% Off (Except electric hook up)

Offer is for April, May, June, and from the 8th of September through the end of October not including bank or school holidays.

Bell Tent Prices

Our Bell Tent is only available for 2 or 7 nights from Fridays & 5 or 7 nights from Sundays. You are welcome to stay for fewer nights but the price would be the same.

– 2 night booking (Fri – Sat) – £250 in total

– 5 night ‘high season’ booking (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur) – £400 in total (during high season – 26th May – 31st May & 7th July – 7th of September)
– 7 night ‘high season’ booking (Friday – Thursday) – £500 in total (during high season – 24th May – 1st June & 5th July – 12th of September)

– 5 night ‘low season’ booking (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur) – £300 in total (during low season)
– 7 night ‘low season’ booking (Friday – Thursday – £400 in total (during low season)

Our bell tent comes complete with all the amenities including a proper king size bed with bedding, double sofa/bed with bedding, single chair/bed with bedding, cooking facilities, proper gas bbq, electric kettle, electric fridge, solar powered fairy lights outside, our own eggs & sausages, fire pit and a bucket of wood as well as a table & chairs under a covered area. It sleeps up to 5 people comfortably.

Arrival time is from 4pm – 7pm
Departure time is 10am

Bell Tent Refundable Deposit

We kindly ask that our bell tent is left in the condition that you find it.

A refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required. This is £200 and is payable at the time of booking. We require your bank details (account number and sort code) to return the deposit.

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after your departure on the basis that the Bell Tent is left clean and tidy and no damage has been caused. The damage deposit covers any damage to the tent, BBQ, furnishings and bedding (including stains). The cleaning deposit covers any extra cleaning that may be required e.g. the dishes not clean, the BBQ surfaces & base are not scrubbed and clean, food mess left behind, rubbish left behind, etc.

Picnic Tables, Fire Pits & Fire Wood Pricing

– Picnic tables are £5 per night or £20 for 4 or more nights. Picnic tables should be reserved in advance.
– Fire pits are £5 per night or £20 for 4 or more nights
– Fire wood: either a £20 bucket or an £11 bucket.

Fire pits and fire wood we have plenty of as long as you ask and collect them between 6pm – 7pm.

We prefer to sort out payment for the picnic tables & fire pits upon your arrival.
